This is an NHS Procurement in Partnership (PiP) partner hub framework agreement delivered by the East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub (EOE CPH) and available to our member organisations via NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC).

This framework has been issued to ensure the continued delivery of quality audit services. Suppliers awarded to the framework offer customised audit services, advice and consultancy support services.

For this framework there was close working with NHS Counter Fraud Authority (NHSCFA) to ensure that audit services and audit providers to the NHS always meet the requirements set for the NHS by the NHSCFA during the life of the framework and any call-off contracts awarded under the framework.

All services provided under this framework are IR35-compliant multi-speciality audit services and meet audit professional, regulatory and legislative standards.

This framework removes the requirements for independent tendering and enables contracting authorities to purchase compliantly.

Suppliers awarded to this Framework are able to support publicly funded entities meet audit requirements set for them in pursuit of their day to day activities; as well as any other bespoke organisational audit needs which may become relevant either as a standalone alone audit or ongoing audit requirement.

Contracting Authorities procuring through this framework should expect the following benefits:
