Provider Selection Regime (PSR) – Annual Summary
Under Regulation 25 of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, relevant authorities are required to publish an annual summary of their contracting activity for relevant healthcare services. This summary must be made available online, free of charge, on a publicly accessible website.
The annual summary must cover all contracts awarded within a financial year and be published no later than six months after the end of that financial year (i.e. by 31 October).
As NOE CPC is a relevant authority responsible for establishing frameworks within the scope of the Provider Selection Regime, the table below sets out how we meet these requirements and summarises our position.
