At NOE CPC, we are committed to continuously improving our services to better meet your needs. We have introduced the Strategy and Service Delivery (SSD) team to ensure we deliver on this promise. This team brings together experienced professionals from various departments, all dedicated to enhancing the quality and efficiency of our service delivery.

What the SSD Team Brings to You:

  • Improved Collaboration: By bringing together experts from different functions, the SSD team ensures that our services are cohesive and efficient, providing you with a seamless experience.
  • Proactive Adaptation: We stay ahead of industry changes and challenges, adapting our strategies to ensure you receive the most up-to-date and effective solutions.
  • Consistent Quality and Experience: We will work to ensure that the quality of the service we provide to you, and your experience as a customer, always meet your expectations.
  • Brand Enhancement: The SSD team works on strengthening NOE CPC's brand, working to uphold our reputation for quality and reliability across the NHS and beyond.
  • People-Centric Approach: We believe that the health and well-being of our team are crucial to delivering the best services to our customers. By encouraging our experts to maintain their health and well-being, we ensure they are at their best, which directly translates to higher quality and more reliable services for you. A healthy and motivated team is better equipped to meet your needs and exceed your expectations.
  • Sustainability and Social Value: Our team is dedicated to embedding sustainability and social value into our core services, providing you with solutions that are not only effective but also environmentally and socially responsible.

Our Focus for the Next Year:

Over the next 12 months, the SSD team will concentrate on several key areas to continue to ensure NOE CPC is a leading procurement organisation.

  • Governance and Transparency: Establishing robust governance structures to ensure transparency and accountability in our service delivery.
  • Performance Metrics: Implementing comprehensive performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Enhanced Communication: Improving our communication strategies to better engage with you and keep you informed about our services and initiatives.
  • Service Development: Supporting the development of new service offerings that meet your evolving needs and expectations.
  • People and Skills Development: Enhancing the skills and expertise of our team to meet the changing needs and commercial challenges of the NHS.

By focusing on these priorities, the SSD team aims to create a more responsive and effective service delivery model that benefits our customers.  In my new role as Director of the SSD team, I am eager to continue supporting our organisation's goals and enhancing our service delivery.

As we look towards the future, I would like to introduce Helen Trippett, our new Director for the Category Management Service Provision (CMSP), responsible for our NHS Supply Chain: Facilities and Office Solutions category. Managing such a dedicated and talented team has been immensely rewarding, and I have enjoyed every moment. I am sure Helen will have the same experience.  You can expect to hear more from Helen in the coming months as she takes on her new responsibilities and continues to drive excellence within the CMSP team.

I would like to thank all those who have supported me in my role as CMSP Director, and I look forward to working with many of you in my new role, which I hope will help NOE CPC to continue to succeed.
