Procurement Legal Surgeries: Practical issues when applying the Provider Selection Regime and the Procurement Act
NOE CPC and NHS LPP are delighted to present the latest Procurement Legal Surgery in association with Hempsons, exclusively for NHS LPP and NOE CPC members.
Andrew Daly, Partner and Head of Procurement at Hempsons LLP will be providing an interactive session that will explore some practical issues when applying the PSR and the Procurement Act.
The session will explore some of the key day to day issues, as well as contract management under the Procurement Act.
There will be a Q&A at the end of the session.
