Procurement Act One Year On – Where are we now?
We are delighted to invite you to a special event on Tuesday, 24 February 2026, marking the first anniversary of the Procurement Act 2023.
This milestone event will feature a panel discussion hosted by Esther Venning, Partner Health Commercial at Hill Dickinson bringing together:
- Legal experts including Andrew Daly, Partner and Head of Procurement at Hempsons LPP.
- Imran Ahmed, Head of Procurement, South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
The session will explore the impact of the Procurement Act over the past year, share insights from legal and operational perspectives, and discuss what lies ahead for NHS procurement.
