Hempsons Seminar: Key Issues for Procurement Professionals
NOE CPC and NHS LPP are delightes to present our sixth collaborative webinar in association with Hempsons, exclusively for NOE CPC and NHS LPP members.
The session led by Andrew Daly, Partner and Head of Procurement at Hempsons LLP, will consider some of the issues causing challenges since the Procurement Act 2023 came into force. It will also address NHS SubCos (the new terminology for wholly owned subsidiaries) and issues to consider when seeking to establish these.
There will be a Q&A session and members have the opportunity to submit questions in advance. If you have any questions you would like to be addressed in the webinar, please send them to events@noecpc.nhs.uk by noon on Friday 5th September.
