NOE CPC are delighted to announce that our Managing Director Keith Rowley has been appointed as the next Chief Officer for the Health Care Supply Association (HCSA).

Keith will take over from Alan Hoskins in one of the most significant professional leadership roles in NHS procurement from 1st October 2021.

Our team are incredibly proud of his appointment and the experience and knowledge that Keith will bring to the role. Keith brings many years of extensive expertise, skills, and commitment from his professional background. Over the last decade he has led NOE CPC and demonstrated his drive to improve procurement across the healthcare landscape and share his experience with the next generation of procurement professionals.

Keith said: “I am delighted and privileged to take up the post of Chief Officer and look forward to building on the great work and achievements of my predecessors. The NHS and NHS procurement continues to face many challenges and opportunities, and none more so than the last year and a half.

"However, we are fortunate enough to have incredible talent, skills and expertise across procurement and our supply chains throughout the United Kingdom. We are also privileged to work with amazing suppliers who share our values and help deliver world class healthcare services. I look forward to helping the HCSA play an important role in in shaping the next generation of NHS procurement professionals by helping them learn, develop and grow.”

HCSA Chairman Mark Roscrow said: “This is a crucial appointment at a crucial time for HCSA as we increase investment in learning and development, online resources and communications. In Keith, we believe we have appointed the best person to steer the organisation into a bright future, strengthen links with our corporate sponsors and ensure the voices of members are heard.”

Keith will receive the Chain of Office on 2nd October.
