NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC) and NHS London Procurement Partnership (NHS LPP) are delighted to be exhibiting together at Procurex 2026, taking place on 18 June 2026 in Liverpool.

This event provides an important opportunity for our two NHS procurement hubs to showcase our collaborative procurement services and demonstrate the value our growing strategic partnership delivers to NHS trusts, local government, housing, and wider public sector organisations across the UK.

The partnership between NHS LPP and NOE CPC continues to strengthen, offering an extensive portfolio of frameworks and other services across the following sectors:

  • Estates, FM & Corporate Services
  • Digital & Technology Solutions
  • HR & Workforce
  • Healthcare & Pharmacy Services

Together, we provide a straightforward procurement experience that supports efficiency, compliance, sustainability, and social value while delivering cost-effective solutions for our members and customers.

As part of our presence at Procurex 2026, attendees will have the opportunity to hear from senior procurement leaders Steve Sercombe, NOE CPC Procurement Director, and Ursula Hardwick, NHS LPP Chief Delivery Officer, speaking within the Local Government & Housing Hub. Ursula and Steve will share insights on collaborative procurement, strategic partnerships, and the future of public sector delivery.

In addition, Nilton Melo, Pharmacy & Medicines Procurement Category Lead at NHS LPP, will be speaking in the Health & Social Care Zone, where he will explore the growing importance of value-based procurement and how procurement strategies can deliver improved outcomes. You can view the full event programme here.

Come along and see us in the Health & Social Care Zone, where you’ll be able to meet our procurement specialists, explore our broad range of frameworks and procurement solutions, and discover how our organisations are working together to support public sector transformation.

NOE CPC and NHS LPP’s continued collaboration reflects our shared commitment to delivering increased value, greater choice, and responsible procurement solutions that prioritise sustainability, innovation, and long-term public benefit.

If you’re a public or third sector procurement professional, registration is free, and you can sign up via the Procurex National website.
