Responding to our tenders

Potential suppliers are welcome to respond to any active and future tenders published by NOE CPC.
All procurement activity is conducted in line with The Procurement Act 2023 (PA 2023), which has replaced The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015); or The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 (PSR 2023). Each legislation introduces a more transparent, flexible, and outcomes-focused approach to public procurement.
Tender opportunities are typically published at the following locations:
- Central Digital Platform - For contracts above the relevant thresholds, notices are published via the https://www.gov.uk/find-tender which replaced the EU Tenders Electronic Daily (TED) from 1 January 2021.
- Contracts Finder - For government contracts valued over £12,000 (central government) or £30,000 (sub-central authorities), opportunities are listed on https://www.gov.uk/contracts-finder
- Health Family Single eCommercial System (Atamis) - NOE CPC's own tender opportunities, along with those from many other NHS organisations, are published via https://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome Suppliers can register, view opportunities, and submit responses through this platform.
Transparency Requirements
As part of The Procurement Act 2023, to establish a framework, contracting authorities are required to publish transparency notices throughout the procurement and contract lifecycle, including but not limited to:
- UK1 - Pipeline notice
- UK2 - Preliminary market engagement notice
- UK4 - Tender Notice
- UK6 - Contract Award Notice
As part of the Provider Selection Regime, to establish a framework, contracting authorities are required to publish transparency notices throughout the procurement lifecycle, including but not limited to:
- F02: Contract notice
- F03: Contract Award notice.
