NOE CPC and NHS LPP are delighted to present the latest Procurement Legal Surgery in association with Hempsons, exclusively for NHS LPP and NOE CPC members.

Andrew Daly, Partner and Health and Social Care Procurement Head at Hempsons LLP, will be providing an interactive session that will explore the first two judgments under the Procurement Act: an application to lift the automatic suspension, as well as a case covering early disclosure, and what this means for procurement teams on a day-to-day basis.

The session will also look at practical tips for the evaluation and moderation process, including common pitfalls and the requirements for record keeping.

There will also be a Q&A session at the end.
