The Public Health Related Services Framework provides a compliant, flexible route for NHS organisations, Local Authorities, Integrated Care Systems (ICSs), Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and other public sector bodies to commission a broad range of public health services through a single framework agreement.

The framework is structured into six lots, providing access to specialist providers across the full spectrum of public health related services.

Lot 1 – Sexual Health Services

Designed to support open-access, person-centred sexual health services that improve outcomes and reduce health inequalities.

Lot 2 – Drug, Alcohol and Addiction Services

Supports the delivery of integrated substance misuse and recovery services for individuals and communities.

Lot 3 – Behavioural Change and Prevention Services

Focused on preventative interventions that support healthier lifestyles and long-term population health improvement.

Lot 4 – Child Health Services

Supports services that improve health outcomes from pregnancy through childhood and young adulthood.

Lot 5 – NHS Health Check and Screening Services

Enables early intervention and prevention through comprehensive population health screening programmes.

Lot 6 – Integrated Service Delivery Partnerships

This lot enables providers awarded across multiple framework lots to form partnerships and integrated delivery models that support joined-up care pathways, system-wide efficiencies and improved patient outcomes.

It is particularly suited to commissioners seeking whole-system or multi-service solutions.

  • Diabetes Prevention
  • Physical Activity Initiatives
  • Smoking Cessation
  • Mental Health and Wellbeing Prevention

  • Maternal and Infant Health
  • Early Years Development
  • School-Age Children and Adolescent Services
