Angela Carver, Associate at Sintons LLP, will be providing an update on indirect discrimination, reasonable adjustments and the importance of equality and diversity training.
This will be an interactive session, looking at recent cases and best practice for your organisation appealing to those who supervise staff, undertake grievance and disciplinaries or would like an update on an ever changing area.
Angela joined Sinton’s Employment Team in 2019 as an Associate with over 13 years’ experience across the public sector and a variety of private sector bodies including manufacturing, healthcare, haulage, retail, leisure, beverage and hospitality.
