• Regulation 84 reports: what are the record keeping obligations here? Plus, in the light of the updated Technology and Construction Court guide to the conduct of public procurement claims, what might you be asked to disclose in the event of a procurement challenge in court?
• Choosing and using framework agreements, including a look at the advantages and disadvantages of frameworks in comparison with Dynamic Purchasing Systems, plus a look forward to potential changes in this area in the light of the recent Green Paper on Transforming Public Procurement.
