Amy Millson, Legal Director - Employment from Hill Dickinson LLP will deliver this session around TUPE.

This session is intended to give delegates a solid foundation on the key principles of TUPE.

It will be useful as an introduction to TUPE or serve as a helpful update for those that know a little but want to be brought up to date.  At the end of the session we will look at some practical issues which can crop up when outsourcing or bidding for contracts.

The time includes a Q&A session.

 We will look at:

  • Identifying a relevant transfer
  • Who Transfers?
  • What transfers: rights and liabilities
  • Employers’ duties to inform and consult
  • Changing terms and conditions
  • Dismissals
  • Some practical issues

The event will commence at 10:00am and will end by 12:30pm. Delegates will be sent invitations to the Teams meeting nearer the time.
