NOE CPC is pleased to be working with The Academy at LPP (NHS London Procurement Partnership) to bring you this event providing information about apprenticeships.

Apprenticeships are a key way for people to learn on the job, both for new starters to the NHS and for existing members of staff, allowing learners the opportunity to gain a qualification and apply their learning while continuing to earn a salary.

Whether your organisation wants to find out more in order to ensure that opportunities around the apprenticeship levy are maximised, or if you are an individual who is interested in becoming an apprentice, this event is for you!

You will learn what an apprenticeship is; the different types of apprenticeship and their costs; and how apprenticeships are core to the NHS Long Term Plan and People Strategy.

Please see agenda attached. We are delighted that Jennifer Stone, Talent for Care Relationship Manager for Apprenticeships at Health Education England, and Jo Third, Learning & Organisational Development Lead, Vocational and Compulsory Training, Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, will be speaking at the event.

The session will commence at 10:00am with refreshments and registration, with the first speaker at 10:30am. Lunch will be provided and it is envisaged the event will finish at around 2:30pm.
