Estates Consultancy Services is a free to access framework offering customers a range of quality providers with health economy experience through a multi-lot agreement with services including project management, health and safety and architectural services.

The Estates Consultancy framework offers customers access to a multi-lot framework covering a wide scope of services. 

Estates Consultancy covers a range of areas within the Lots including building related services, environmental and energy services and estates management consultancy, as well as a multi-disciplinary Lot (Lot 13) which offers a one-stop approach where the requirements cannot be readily accommodated within one of the specialist Lots (Lots 1-12) or where the requirement covers one or more specialisms.

Providers to this framework have all been assessed against quality and price requirements and have demonstrated a sound approach and solid experience.
